We would like to note that this is one side of a duplex. We want every guest who stays with us to have the best stay possible, so if you have a rowdy group that wants to party into the wee hours of the morning - this is not the rental for you. Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
THE LOCATION
Conveniently located off HH - Horseshoe Bend Parkway then right on Cherokee Road. By water it is the opening of Downing Branch Cove at the 3.5mm of the main channel. Easy access to all amenities by water or land. This is a large cove full of fun and adventure!
THE SPACE
Walking into the upper level with all 3 bedrooms and main bathroom. The first bedroom is the bunk room with 1 full bed and 3 twin beds.  The main bath is situated between the bunk room and the next bedroom with king bed. The master bedroom also has a king bed and private 3/4 bathroom with walk-in closet. Both king bedrooms have a wall mounted Smart TV and direct access to the upper deck.  
Down the steps you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry and 1/2 bathroom. Floor to ceiling windows do not disappoint for a beautiful lake view!  The living room has a leather sofa & love seat, and 65" Smart TV. The dining area has a table for six as well as the counter height barstools to seat 4 more.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic cooking needs, including microwave, dual-brew coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and hand mixer.
Out the back door is the main deck with new gas grill and patio seating. The view is spectacular!
DOCK
Shared boat dock has swim platform, 2 picnic tables and comfy chairs for relaxing. It also has 2 slips - 12x36 and 12x28.  Please mention when booking so we can reserve the right sized slip for you at no additional charge. Note: Boat and jet ski trailers need to be parked where you launch.

PARKING for 1 car in front of unit with additional vehicle parking across the street in common area (NO TRAILERS!).
