Nearly everything in this condo is brand new 2018! (including linens, decor, and kitchen contents).  This condo is central to everything! Just down the street from all the shopping like Dierbergs yet peacfully situated on the lake at the no wake zone of the 19 mm, Grand Glaize Arm.  
From the parking lot this unit is one flight of steps down. An elevator is also available.  Walking in the front door you will enter the spacious kitchen with a seating for 4 at the table as well as seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen includes all the appliances and kitchen ware for your extended stay. The first bedroom to the left or ' The New York Room'  has a queen sized bed, dresser, and flat screen TV.  The second bedroom to the right or 'The Texas Room' offers a queen sized bed as well, dresser, large closet, flat screen TV and master style entry to the shared bathroom.  
The classic nautical decor of the living room is sure to make you feel right at home here at The Lake!  Leather sofa and love seat offers room for all to sit and enjoy the fireplace and new flat screen TV.  
The master bedroom, 'The Paris Room' has the most spectacular view of the lake! Sleep restfully on the large plush king sized poster bed.  A large vanity dresser and walk in closet offer plenty of space for your stay.  This room has a sliding glass door to the covered deck as well as a flat screen wall mounted TV.   The master bathroom has a jetted tub and 2 sinks.
The private covered deck is screened in with a glass bottom for an un-obstructed view of the lake.  The deck has a tall patio table with 4 barstools and a gas grill.
Two roll away twin beds allow a maximum of 8 guests to sleep comfortably.
This condo has a 16x48 slip as well as a PWC slip. $25/night for boat slip and $15/night for PWC slip.
