Lake Property Management is a division of Young Property Management LLC. Sarah Young is owner and operator of both companies. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Missouri. Both companies offer a wide array of services for both short term and long term rentals. Properties managed are owned by various owners and companies. We manage properties in Lake of the Ozarks, St. Louis, and Destin Florida. We are always open to a new location! We hire motivated, trustworthy, and professional staff for all locations.
CLIENT SERVICES INCLUDE: Monthly accounting and statements, marketing and advertising your investment property, maintenance and repair coordination services. Sarah also takes interest in getting units ‘vacation rental ready’ by helping with interior decor if you so choose this assistance.
TENANT/GUEST SERVICES INCLUDE: Prompt friendly service during your rental search and the application process. Maintenance and any other issues during your stay are addressed promptly and professionally.
